In-Shop Services FAQ’s

We want every customer to know exactly what to expect when they bring their vehicle to KHCOAP. Here are answers to the most common questions about our suspension upgrades, performance modifications, lighting installation, and other in-shop services.

  • How long will my upgrade or installation take?

    Most standard installations such as lift kits, lighting, or bolt-on performance parts can be completed in one day. More complex builds involving multiple upgrades or custom fabrication may require several days. We’ll provide an estimated completion time during your consultation.

  • Do you install parts I purchased elsewhere?

    Yes, we can install customer-supplied parts as long as they meet our safety and quality standards. We will inspect the parts before installation to ensure they are compatible with your vehicle and intended use.

  • Do you offer a warranty on your in-shop services?

    Yes, all of our installations include a workmanship warranty in addition to any manufacturer warranties provided with the parts. Full details are available on our Warranty Information page.

  • Can you work on both stock and modified vehicles?

    Absolutely. Our technicians are experienced with completely stock trucks and SUVs as well as fully customized builds. We can maintain factory reliability while adding aftermarket performance and style.

  • Do I need to make an appointment?

    Appointments are recommended to ensure we have the parts, tools, and time reserved for your project. Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduled work will take priority.

  • Can you align my vehicle after a suspension upgrade?

    Yes, we offer professional alignments for lifted trucks, lowered vehicles, and performance cars. Our equipment is capable of handling large off-road setups as well as precision street alignments, ensuring optimal handling and tire wear after any suspension work.
