KHC decided to take a whole new approach to the styling of our front bumpers while also making them extremely strong.Designed with the highest possible approach angle and a modular design that allows parts to be replaced when needed while also allowing for additional adjustment to fine tune fitment on your truck. Made from 3/16 steel formed, welded and shaped for a nice finish whether powder coating or painting.KHC designed the frame inserts to bolt to factory holes while also making the cutting very straight forward and simple to do. We incorporate a ¼ steel center brace that connects to the lower factory frame holes and to the new KHC bumper which mounts a ¼ aluminum skid plate.We offer different variations of skid plates depending on your needs/lighting set ups while also offering flush mount lighting (baja designs) in the face of the bumpers.Intercooler relocation is required.
Note: KHC highly recommends our HD intercooler mount-Intercooler mounting should be body only or frame only---not both. Failure is inevitable if mounting to the body and the frame due to body movement allowed by rubber body mount bushings.
