KHC was one of the first companies back in 2013 to develop the slot delete concept but also the Rear Lower Control Arm Pocket Support. We have experienced many bent lower pockets that needed repair and more so the loosening of the lower control arm bolts during offroad use- especially with alignment cams……Ford f150/raptor frames all have slotted lower control arm mounts- this is how ford aligns the truck by moving the bolts to adjust camber and caster. Offroad this is a for sure way to have your lower control arms loosen up and move during hard offroad use. After having numerous issues offroad we decided to design a bolt in bracket kits that lock the lower control arms in place and more importantly adds support to the rear lower pockets not allowing it to bend towards the rear of the truck when taking hard hits.We now offer many different stages of kits to allow you to set your truck up how you need it.Alignment will now be performed at the upper control arms.
Stage 1-3/16 steel plate, fully bolt on, rear pocket support included
Stage 2- 1/4 steel plate, fully bolt on, rear pocket supports included, forward cross member to bridge the gap between front lower control arm pockets connecting them together for added strength.
Stage 3-All parts of stage 2 plus added H brace that connects passenger and drive side lower control arm pockets together for the ultimate strength.
Gen 1 we offer a front pocket trim kit (weld in)
