Our JL/JT roof-mount BigBanger LED light bar system continues that tradition as a turn-key LED light bar, where you spec the power. The color, and then you destroy the darkness. Mounting brackets and hardware for the Wrangler JL come standard, and a everything else needed for a complete triple-row LED Light bar can be added as an option. BigBanger NCS and HXB: The BigBanger packs industry-leading performance into their compact footprint, making them the perfect platform for the BigBanger Bars. The NCS version provides maximum bang for the buck and out-performs most everything else in their class. The HXB version sits at the top of the performance totem-poll, produces maximum output. With the latest LED chips from Osram inside, each pod is a serious powerhouse of its own. Performance: The BigBanger bars are configured to pack some serious punch by pairing our combo and spot beam pods into a high output light bar. LucidShape and SolidWorks were used to optimize both optical and thermal performance around the most modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram. With two performance tiers, white or yellow setup, there is a triple row BigBanger bar to suit every performance need and driving style. Intensity and Coverage: The Combo beam provides a blend of width and distance illumination making every day driving in the middle of nowhere far more comfortable. The spot beam Illuminates well into the distance and features a highly focused 5-degree hot spot, making it the perfect weapon for long range visibility. While each of these easily does the job on its own... nothing will compare to their coverage when combined. All Weather: The white-output version is ideal for maximum-visibility in the middle of the night. For those who desire optimal output in rain, snow, or fog, the Yellow-output version will slay in shady weather. Reliability: With power comes great responsibility. Extensive effort went into ensuring the reliability of the product. High power means high heat, which is why the BigBanger pods features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat-transfer to the radiator, which has been optimized through numerous rounds of thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to withstand flaking. The gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves all designed according to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. All BigBanger bar hardware is CNC machined from solid aluminum and then protected with a dual-layer anodized finish. Your roof rack will rip off your truck before the BigBanger bar fails. Power Up: The Morimoto BigBanger bar has been developed from the ground up to set a new standard in their segment, and the same goes for the wire harness that comes included. Not one component on the harness was overlooked for the sake of cost or simplicity. Triple sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with hanger. Proprietary over-molded inline fuse holder. DT06-4S female outputs with dual seals. Proprietary M-Spec push button switches with Amber-LED backlight is wired with a quick-disconnect for an easy install with upfitter switches on your Wrangler. The harness can be set up to control all pods together, or the inner and outer pods independently.
