Using a combination of LED Reflectors & Incandescent bulbs (thus, Hybrid) these offer much of the same amazing features that the originals do for those who want to be XB-ballers on a budget. QUALITY, INSIDE AND OUT: Thanks to sharing many of the same core components developed for the top of the line model, the new Hybrid-R series headlights from Morimoto are hardly a compromise. They use the same OEM-grade housing. The same style optics for the DRL. They offer the same five-year warranty too. The fit and finish on the Morimoto Ford F150 LED headlights is far superior than anything else out there in this price range, guaranteed. PERFORMANCE: The XB Hybrid-R headlights have a powerful, wide, and bright LED low beam reflector, and a dedicated LED high beam reflector too. For those who aren't a fan of razor sharp cutoff lines and prefer a more comfortable spread of light produced by reflector-based optics, the Hybrid-R is the affordable sweet spot in the lineup! DOT APPROVED: Make no mistake, these will produce a much different [better] result than slapping some LED replacement bulbs into your stock reflectors that are really designed for halogen bulbs. The LED-Specific optics meet & exceed all SAE, DOT, and FMVSS108 regulations when aimed properly...and that's easy to do with their integrated vertical/lateral adjusters. PLUG-N-PLAY: Wiring is easy too! Morimoto's Hybrid-R XB F150 LED headlights are designed to work on your truck without any modifications. They will plug into the factory connectors for the stock headlights and each assembly includes all necessary connectors, rubber seals, and pigtails for a plug n play install. No error codes, no flickering, hyper-flashing, or radio interference. They can easily be removed, and will not void your factory warranty. (Note, these will not work on trucks with OEM LED headlights). LED DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT: Their upper and lower LED daytime running light is powered by 5000K White LEDs and is insanely bright, easily visible during the day. The DRL will automatically dim down with the parking lights and low beams for full compliance. Though the DRL covers less surface area compared to the Hybrid and XB version of the Morimoto headlights, its still just as bright thanks to the optics within " which is a huge differentiator compared to other headlights available at this price point in the aftermarket! WELL-BUILT: If you're going to invest in your truck, do it right the first time. The XB Hybrid-R headlights are built with UV-coated polycarbonate lenses that will resist the test of time, ensuring your truck's new headlights will look good as new for many years to come. The PPS plastic housing is light-weight and much stronger than comparable alternatives. Morimoto's XB LED headlights have proven to hold up quite well after being on the market for quite some time now, which is very confidence inspiring when most cheap headlights start to yellow within six months of installation. Tail Lights: New Ford F-150: While every biz in the aftermarket has a catalog full of products for the 15-20 Ford F-150, somehow no brand has yet to deliver a worthy set of tail lights for this truck... until now. The Morimoto XB LED tail lights are the category killer that every F-150 owner has been waiting for!Ultimate Flex: Compatible with the 15-20 Ford F-150, they will fit all trucks with OE halogen, OE halogen with BLIS, OE LED with BLIS, or the Raptor style tail lights. They are not compatible with OE LED trucks without BLIS, however. Even if your truck does not have the BLIS system, the XB tails will still fit, work properly, and add that high-end vibe to your truck. They will not however magically enable the BLIS function. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to be completely plug n play with the factory wiring harness and radar system, use all of the stock mounting points, and should not take more than 30 minutes to install both taillights.Reverse Lights: Are often over-looked, but not with the Morimoto XB tail lights for the F-150. Yeah, Morimoto customers like to see where they're going in reverse too!Style: Inspired by the design of the more modern OEM LED tail lights from the 18-20 F-150, these look right at-home on the rear end of the new F-150. An upper row of horizontal 3D Optics are illuminated from the rear with integrated TIR optics, and serve as the brake light and turn signal. The parking light optic around the outer edge of the lights mirrors the OEM LED setup, and is equally impressive in the intensity department day or night.
